Breadboard BI develops and distributes analytic content directly and through a growing partner network. Experienced business intelligence consultants new to open source and experienced developers new to business intelligence are encouraged to contact us for details.
Advantages
- Access to a comprehensive library of rich analytic content that includes ERP Connectors, ETL Maps, Data Models, OLAP cubes, Dashboards, and Standard Reports spanning multiple functional areas.
- Content is provided at a very low cost, generally lower than the labor costs our partners would incur in the process of creating their own content.
- Content is sometimes provided at no cost if a partner offers content of comparable quality for barter. For example, a partner may receive PeopleSoft ERP Connectors at no cost if they provide Breadboard BI with ERP Connectors for Oracle's ERP.
- If available, access to test data-sets that decouple the often contentious dependencies between the ETL, OLAP, and Report development teams.
- Partner may exchange consulting leads and augment staff through the network.
Responsibilities
- Partners agree to provide enhancement requests and bug fixes to Breadboard BI content. This ensures the quality of our content library continuously improves, benefiting the entire network. It also provides clients with an easier upgrade path to future versions of our content.
- Partners agree to respect the copyright of Breadboard BI's analytic content. They agree not to share content with any third parties.
- Partners are strongly encouraged to submit new content and test data-sets to the Breadboard BI content library.
Requirements
- Potential partners should be experienced business intelligence consultants and/or experienced open source developers.
- There is currently no Breadboard BI partner membership fee for partners that actively submit new analytic content to the Breadboard BI library.
- Partners must agree to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a Partnership Agreement with Breadboard BI, enforceable in the US State of California.
